You Must Avoid These Items

  • Polyunsaturated oils and partially hydrogenated oils – these are extremely toxic especially in the long term, they will lead to cancer, premature aging, inflammation, weight gain, heart disease, name the disease and these oils are contributory to the condition. The names of these oils are as follows: safflower oil, rapeseed oil, corn oil, canola oil, peanut oil, soy oil. Basically any oil that is NOT butter, coconut oil or olive oil. DO NOT GET FOOLED by the hype. Some of them are sold in the health food stores and natural sections of supermarkets. They may be called “smart balance” or “natural balance” or “smart choice” or “healthy choice”. These oils are NOT smart nor are they healthy, they are toxic. These products have been promoted for the last 5 decades as being healthy and essential. They are neither. Stick to olive oil, butter and coconut oil. If you ask me “well what about FILL IN THE BLANK oil? I heard it was good for you” My answer will be stick to the olive oil, coconut oil and butter.
  • SUGAR is very toxic, it will make you fat and old and sick. Any problems or tendencies to problems that you have will be worsened by sugar. This includes the NATURAL sugars. Just because something is natural does NOT mean that it is good for you. Fruit sugar, also known as fructose is the worst sugar of them all in its ability to negatively affect your health. Most packaged products have high fructose corn syrup in them. Stay away from these items. When you eat products that have high fructose corn syrup, not only does it give you empty calories, this “food” actually INCREASES YOUR APPETITE!!! This works on a hormonal level. Stay away from soda, juices, sweetened drinks, and sports drinks. Check all labels. DRINK PURE WATER EITHER SPRING OR APPROPRIATELY FILTERED. Minimize desserts, pastries, cookies, cakes, and doughnuts.
  • Fried foods are poison. Do not eat them. Especially if the foods are fried in polyunsaturated vegetable oils (and they invariably are). Do you want to be old, fat and sick? Keep eating this garbage. When cooking your foods, bake, broil, or boil but do not fry. (Note: if you cook something in the frying pan, you are frying it, so scrambled eggs ARE FRIED)
  • Commercial table salt is extremely dangerous. These products contain aluminum silicate, which can lead to blood clots and high blood pressure and strokes. Use natural sea salt. Read the labels. You may ask if aluminum were so dangerous, why would they put aluminum in the salt? The answer, so it doesn’t clump up.
  • Tap water is toxic. It is contaminated (treated) with aluminum to purify it. Huh? They “purify” drinking water with aluminum?! Yes they do, plus chlorine for decontamination and then they throw in some fluoride to “protect” us from getting cavities. All very toxic stuff, which you need to get out of your internal environment.
  • Aspartame is an artificial sweetener. It has been linked to 90 different symptoms. Aspartame is made up of aspartic acid (an amino acid), phenylalanine (another amino acid) and methanol (wood alcohol). The methanol is then converted to formaldehyde in your body.

There are other items that are not so good, but these are some of the biggies. AVOID THESE SIX SICKOS AND YOU ARE MUCH BETTER OFF
